Rachel Fleissner MD is an adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist who works with her patients and their families to make sure that everyone accomplishes the happiness they deserve.

Named as one of "America's Best Doctors" 5 years in a row, Dr Rachel is a Board Certified Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience.

Dr Rachel is the only Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist ever awarded a Bush Medical Foundation Fellowship, and is one of less than 10 Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists nation wide trained in Hypnosis and Neurofeedback. Dr Fleissner is the 1st psychiatrist in ND to offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation).

Office sessions take place in a personal, private office located in Fargo, ND where Dr Rachel provides individualized psychiatric care for children and adults using the most up to date therapies including neurofeedback, hypnosis, medications and Transcanial Magnetic Stimulation.
